The Assassin - cast metal. When I was making my Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. bust I made this piece. I worked at the foundry to cast my metal sculpture one day every week for 20 years. Most of the time when I was carving sand I did not have have a clear idea of what I was going to make. I made this and tried to figure out what it was. Eventually after letting it sit for several years I saw what looks like an assassin to me.
This is a unique wall hanging piece with a polychrome finish.
