Frank - cast aluminum. This piece was modeled in clay and it was too "sweet" for me. So I put some plastic wrap over it and rammed it in the sand to see how the casting would come out. I liked it so I did a few others in that vein. So much of my work has been lost or stolen over the years. I am lucky I took a lot of pictures even if they are not the best quality, which explains this one.
