Flair by Richard Arfsten
Flair is a stainless steel kinetic sculpture that turns in the wind. It is part of a series I call Wind Spirit sculptures. The least amount of wind causes it to spin. It is quite mesmerizing to watch it do its dance.
There is a series of holes along the piece so that the hanging mechanism can be changed to give it the look of a different design depending on which hole is used. The idea is that you can change it every once in a while or pick the look that goes best with your location.
