Galactic Explorer by Richard Arfsten
Galactic Explorer - cast metal. When I was a child I had my bedroom walls covered with my drawings of Flash Gordon's space ship. That little boy is still in me when I sit in front of a table full of cutout styrofoam pieces. It is like an elaborate set of building blocks that get glued together.
I start the first 15% of "whatever" and I try to listen to the "bird". It helps me pick up the next piece and try to figure out where it is supposed to go. After a while a story starts to develop and I try to support it with where I put the pieces.
I made 2 of these ships and then other ideas started to build up and I had to move on or lose so I wouldn't those ideas. I have a very short attention span. LOL
This piece would make a nice gift for someone who has a fantasy bent. It will come with a thick marble base.
