In business and government it is important to elucidate so there is no doubt as to your plan and intentions. Of course if there is no plan and you wing it every day it is impossible to elucidate. Does this have anything to do with why our president cannot keep quality people on his team? Does having no plan explain why our illustrious leader continually talks in dither. He says it is his very successful negotiating strategy.
