Flower Garden by Richard Arfsten
Flower Garden - a floral composition sculpture. A lot of the pieces in this assemblage are found metal objects, such as the curved rods which are old hay rake tines. Other pieces I forged in titanium and aluminum and then anodized them. There are also copper, brass and steel parts.
This was a lot of work.! It takes time to find good parts and time to organize a coherent composition. You would be amazed at the amount of "good stuff" you have to have on hand so you can find the right piece to fit a particular spot or need.
