This design would be a great choice for a tall building that doesn't have a lot of area in front of it. It is a relatively simple design to build and it has a small footprint. A large enlargement would also be able to fit on a truck without being over width.
The maquette will come with a thick stone base that is polished on top and rough cut on the sides.
