Solar Wind Boat by Richard Arfsten
Solar Wind Boat is a 3D replication of a solar wind powered boat that Flash Gordon and I traveled on during one of my dream time adventures. We made friends with the captain of another space ship that we came across at a celestial casino we stopped at. We were showing him our ship and how it worked. He returned the favor and he took us for a short ride on his boat to show us how it was powered by solar wind.
If I were a university and looking for a sculpture to show how their programs will teach students to consider thinking out out of the box this might be one to look at.
This is a solid cast Bronze maquette. Edition of one. The rights to enlarge the piece are available, but are NOT included in the sale price of the maquette used as a desk top sculpture. Please contact me for further information regarding enlargement.
This piece will come with a thick stone base that is polished on top and rough cut on the sides.
